Panel-built cabins
Our cabins are built as pre-assembled wall, roof and floor panels in solid wood. Panels are machined, assembled with heaters and wiring, then packed so the buyer or installer can bolt the cabin together on site with basic tools.
Building in panels keeps cartons compact for container loading and makes replacement parts simple: a heater, a panel or a control unit can be shipped on its own.
Materials and components

- Canadian hemlockPale, even grain; the standard wood on most infrared cabins.
- Western red cedarAromatic, naturally rot-resistant; used for premium and outdoor builds.
- Carbon fiber heatersWide, low-surface-temperature far infrared panels, including low-EMF versions.
- Red glass heatersFull spectrum emitters for near, mid and far infrared.
- Ceramic heatersTube emitters for higher-intensity far infrared.
- Electric stovesSauna stoves with stones for traditional rooms, 3.5–6 kW on listed models.
- Control panelsDigital, soft-touch and computer panels inside and outside the cabin.
- Tempered glassGlass doors and transom or panoramic windows on selected models.
Checks before a cabin is packed
- Incoming wood inspected for moisture, knots and grade
- Panels checked for dimensions and joint fit
- Heaters, wiring and control panel powered up and tested
- EMF readings taken on low-EMF heater models on request
- Cartons checked against the packing list before loading
Buyers are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection company before shipment. Tell us in your inquiry and we will schedule it into the production plan.
Packing and shipping
Cabins ship as single items in export cartons. Package size and gross weight are listed on each product page where available, and our container load calculator turns those numbers into a loading estimate for 20GP, 40GP and 40HQ containers.
Mixed containers are common: several sauna models, cold plunge tubs and accessories in one shipment. Incoterms and destination ports are agreed per order.
